I saw a study recently that showed that homes with walls painted a light gray or light blue bring in more money than homes with white walls, up to $5440 more!

A lot of homeowners want to use other colors but are afraid because they don't want to have to repaint the whole house if they decide to move.

Are you someone who like lots of color in your home & don't mind re-painting when the time comes? Are you more of an all-neutral type? Or are you somewhere in between and like mostly neutral with a little color for personality?

These color palettes fit the last type most & allow you to use a light blue or gray in most of the home but still add in a little bit of coordinating color. (Which can mean less painting when it's time to sell!)

I'm really liking the greens lately. Which of these is your favorite?

There's so much fear and talk about "this market", but in the end you can see that home values go up ⬆️. Sometimes they go up faster or slower than others. Sometimes there are short dips, but over time they're still ⬆️⬆️⬆️!
