Sportsman Properties is a unique real estate company that specializes in core focus areas of real estate sales for landowner sellers and buyers through our dedicated and professionally licensed Realtor® Team, real estate consulting, management and development of raw land, facilitating hunting leases for landowners, hunters, and hunting groups, as well as countryside real estate investments and acquisitions of hunting, agricultural, ranch, and farm land. We are a fast growing company that was founded in and operates out of York County, Pennsylvania since 2017. We are pleased to service clients throughout the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia and are expanding to the states of New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.

We are extremely passionate about the land, wildlife, conservation, and ecosystems contained within the land. We pride ourselves on offering landowners a professional and fair process to sell or lease their land/properties and also avoid the typical hassles, delays, and pitfalls that come with doing business through a traditional real estate broker or property leasing agency. We are compassionately fair and operate expeditiously for all of our clients. We are here to service landowners of agricultural, farm, ranch, and hunting lands that wish to sell or lease. We are also here to service hunters, hunting groups/clubs, investors, outdoor enthusiasts and Sportsmen from all walks of life.
