What a great way to end the day in Ocean View! 🏡❤️

Today was one of those real estate transactions that just felt good. Our New York clients, along with the real boss of the family 🐾, were all smiles and excited to officially call Delaware their second home!

A big thank you to Jay Schulman with Coldwell Banker Realty and Wendy Smith with Embrace Home Loans for the teamwork and communication that helped make this such a smooth transaction.

And BIG kudos to our RE team at L. Echevarria Attorneys at Law: Olga, Danae, Sohany, and Katiana (thanks to our extra helpers Paola and Marianni too). So much of what makes a closing feel easy to a client is the work happening behind the scenes, and this team delivered. ❤️

What makes someone the obvious choice?

That was the question behind today’s conversation at “Become the Obvious Choice: How to Stand Out & Build Trust to Win More Business,” led by Krista Demcher.

We spent the day learning, sharing ideas, and having some genuinely good conversations with agents and Preferred Partners about what it takes to build trust and create relationships that last.

Our biggest takeaway? Standing out starts with knowing what you bring to the table, showing up consistently, and building the kind of trust that makes the choice easy.

We’re heading back to the office with plenty to think about — and a few ideas we’re excited to put into practice.

Today we celebrate someone who has become such an important part of the L. Echevarria Attorneys at Law family.

Paola is truly outstanding. She is intelligent, hardworking, dependable, compassionate, and a natural leader. Beyond everything she brings professionally, she is also a wonderful friend and someone whose energy and dedication make a difference every time she walks through our doors.

We are especially proud to watch her continue her journey through law school. We know the day will come when she returns to this office not only as Paola, our colleague and friend, but as an attorney and the second bilingual attorney at our firm.

This morning, Team L. Echevarría Attorneys at Law started the day by participating in the 36th Annual Cape Gazette Firecracker 5K in Rehoboth Beach. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Some of us ran, some of us walked, but every one of us crossed the finish line together.

At our firm, we believe that success is built the same way you finish a 5K: one step at a time, with discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and a commitment to showing up for one another. Those are the same values we bring to serving our clients every day.
