🏡 What does this mean?

New listings slowed this week while overall inventory edged slightly higher, giving buyers a few more options despite fewer fresh properties entering the market.

Contingent and under-agreement activity remained nearly unchanged, while homes sold within the last 30 days decreased by 78. Meanwhile, the gap between homes sold and available supply improved by 93 homes.

The numbers may shift week to week, but opportunities remain for both buyers and sellers. The key is having the right strategy for today's market.
