We’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Real Estate Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. If you love managing transactions from contract to closing and enjoy being the go-to liaison for attorneys, clients, lenders, and agents, this could be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Do:
📌 Manage buyer/seller P&S files
📌 Prepare & review deeds, mortgages, CDs, HUD-1s, and more
📌 Coordinate smooth, efficient closings
📌 Review titles & resolve issues
📌 Keep timelines on track from contract to post-closing
📌 Draft post-closing docs & maintain organized files
📌 Work with systems like Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest
📌 Serve as Notary Public as needed
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2-3+ years recent experience in residential real estate transactions
✔️ Strong knowledge of real estate laws & closing procedures
✔️ Excellent communication, organization, and time-management
