We had a wonderful time at the YPOC VIP Dinner at Men in the Kitchen!

It's incredible to see how much the organization has grown and the positive impact it continues to make in our community since I became a lifetime member five years ago.

Rental-Used for Reentrants at our Tier 1 level. A Fully furnished, utilities-included transitional shared rooming home (with a periodic water view of the Susquehanna River).

The tenants will be moving on (I'm soo proud of them) and we will be repurposing the unit for a family in need!

RE Key 6 (Again): Balance is Key!

This weekend, Rich, my team, and I:

✔️ Screened new potential Second Chance Tenants
✔️ Helped a tenant transition into another home (we are so proud of him and how far he's come!)
✔️ Navigated difficult situations involving two tenants who previously stopped paying rent and, rather than working toward a resolution, chose to harass our team. Despite our efforts to provide flexibility and support, the situation left us with no choice but to escalate the matters to our Attorney, the courts and law enforcement.

Despite everything, we were determined to make time for ourselves—and Date Night was a success. ❤️
