Hoyer Law is a growing law firm dedicated to serving our clients with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion. We are seeking to hire 2 (two) part time Legal Intake Specialists to manage new client inquiries, guide prospective clients through the intake process, and support our attorneys in case evaluation. This is a key front-line position that requires exceptional communication skills, organization, and a passion for helping others. This role has the potential to transition into a full-time position in the future. Applicants who are open to full-time work will be given priority consideration.

What You'll Do:
✅ Handle incoming calls, emails, texts, and in-person inquiries from potential clients.
✅ Gather and record important case details (facts, injuries, liability, insurance, etc.).
✅ Assess case eligibility and communicate with attorneys to determine next steps.
✅ Assist with client onboarding, paperwork collection, and data entry in case management software.
✅ Ensure every potential client receives empathy, professionalism, and a timely response.
✅ Schedule consultations and manage attorneys' appointment calendars.
✅ Maintain accurate records and uphold strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
✅ Work collaboratively with marketing and outreach teams to increase client engagement.
✅ Support office operations with administrative tasks (filing, scanning, case organization).

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Passion for helping others and providing top-tier customer service.
🔹 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, legal, or insurance fields (preferred).
🔹 Strong communication skills – must be able to build rapport with clients.
🔹 Tech-savvy – experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), lead management systems, and case management software is a plus (LeadDocket, VineSign, Filevine).
🔹 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
🔹 Empathetic and professional demeanor – especially when speaking with distressed clients.
🔹 Problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
🔹 Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
