A reminder for parents that have been involved in custody, visitation and support cases~ You must notify the Court about a change of address 30 days in advance of moving. In addition, MAKE SURE that you notify child support enforcement and any retirement or pension plan about changes of address!

Time to give everyone cell phone holders for Christmas!

, beginning January 1, 2021 it will be illegal to hold a handheld personal communication device (e.g. cellphone) while driving a motor vehicle. Penalties for violating this law include $125 for a first offense and $250 for a second offense. Breaking the law in a highway work zone is punishable by a mandatory $250 fine.
