While the law may not consider pets as family members, I absolutely do when it comes to advocating for them in court. A dangerous dog summons may be civil in nature but it can have lifelong consequences for your dog and should be taken as seriously as any criminal case.

When clients takes their cases seriously and listen to advice, good things will often happen. In this case, a probation violation was dismissed after my client had gotten everything back on track and stayed the course. It’s a reminder that we will often have blips in the road but we still have to keep forging ahead, one foot step at a time.
