Enforcement of the BOIR reporting under the Corporate Transparency Act has been reinstated. So any companies that were putting off filing until this is resolved will now have to comply.

The companies that had to file by 12/31 now have until 1/13.

The companies who had to file between 12/3 and 12/23 now have until 1/13.

The Corporate Transparency Act has been halted by a Federal District Court. They have stated that FINCEN cannot enforce the required BOIR filings against any business that would otherwise be required to report without further court order saying otherwise.

- the ability to handle office correspondence and administrative tasks such as responding to emails, answering phone calls and taking messages;
- scheduling of consultations, mediations and conference rooms;
- organizational and communication skills are necessary for this position;
- proficiency with MS Office and Adobe products; and
- the ability to type 30+ wpm.
