What can you do to help or get involved this month?

* Educate yourself. Learn the signs of domestic violence and how you can help someone who might be in an abusive relationship.

*Share information. Follow your local domestic violence service providers on social media and share their posts, information, and resources.

*Donate. Consider donating to your local domestic violence service providers.

*Volunteer. Many domestic violence service providers rely on the support of volunteers to keep their programs running.
