Missouri Gov. A reminder about social media, but more importantly, about lying under oath:

A recent defense verdict out of St. Louis:

“He also testified about long-lasting pain and limitations that were shown to be false when he was presented with his Instagram photos in the years that followed the accident. These photos showed that plaintiff continued riding bicycles after the accident despite testifying that he stopped riding. The photos showed (he) went hiking, jet skiing, and kayaking all over the world including in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Morocco, Peru, Iceland and domestically in North Carolina, Chicago and California.” (after claiming he could not longer walk for long distances due to pain).

If the Wife in a divorce action is pregnant, you can now get divorced in Missouri. You no longer are required to wait until after the birth of the child:

A proposed Missouri law will end the practice of delaying divorce when a wife is pregnant, allowing women to escape violent situations, though not without complications.
