Zachery Blair was born and raised in Maine and graduated from Edward Little High School in Auburn, ME. He now resides in Leeds, ME with his wife Kate, daughter Molly, dog Fozzy who is his joy in life. y traits of patience and compassion. From where he joined and served in the United States Army for a short time where he learned some very strong core values of life. He practices these values in his real estate career putting his clients first and going above and beyond for their needs. In 2023, Zach and his longtime colleague and friend Shawna Cotter teamed up to open the real estate company known as PinePoint Realty. He spent his first 8 years learning and developing his knowledge of best practices as a Listing & Buyer Agent. In 2019, he left to assist in opening a new agency in New England, where Zach was able to help build and develop systems to run a large brokerage. After observing and seeing the ups and downs of that brokerage, Zach felt like he was ready to go on his own and open his own agency. Zach believes in creating a cooperative environment for his agents to work in. When agents are professional, courteous and respectful of each other, it relays back to the clients. Zach has always had a passion for the REALTOR Association since he joined in 2011. He has served as Androscoggin Valley Council of the Mountains to Shore Board of Realtors since 2013 and has been President in 2018 and 2022, and President of the Mountains to Shores Board of REALTORS in 2023. Also was nominated as the 2017 Realtor of the year for the Androscoggin Valley Council. With the council Zach also chairs the Affordable Housing Committee where he helps with a annual Bowl-A-Thon & mini golf-a-thon that has been very successful in raising thousands of dollars to fund local affordable housing projects. Zach is a patient kind person who dedicated to his agents and clients and has always stressed the importance of creating a positive relationship. He strives to keep everyone around him happy and will work and try to make anything happen if at all possible. With Zach you know you are always in good hands.
