Welcome to Upper Valley Mediation. Our goal is to provide our clients with conflict resolution solutions through a process of facilitated mediation. I am a Certified Family Mediator in the State of New Hampshire and see clients from both New Hampshire and Vermont.
I firmly believe that in matters of divorce or family conflict mediation offers an opportunity to develop a resolution that aligns with the shared interests, individual interests and family needs. At Upper Valley Mediation we assist clients with developing agreements that are mutually agreeable, flexible and durable.
Mediation not only gives clients greater control over the outcome of a conflict but does so in a manner that is both timely and cost-effective relative to litigation.
