More flexibility can make your new home budget work harder.

From September 1 through October 18, 2026, select David Weekley homes in the Houston area come with an added opportunity to personalize how you use your homebuying dollars.

During our New Employee Pricing Event, you can receive 7% of your new home’s base price, up to $40,000, in Flex Dollars. Apply your credit toward a home discount, Design Center selections or Flex Options that help make your home feel more like yours.

You can also put up to $20,000 toward financing incentives with Grace Home Lending, including an interest rate lock or buydown, lower monthly payments or reduced closing costs.*

The value isn’t just in how much you receive. It’s having choices for how you use it based on what matters most to you.

Explore participating Houston-area homes and see how you could put your Flex Dollars to work. https://bit.ly/4zRtIfX
