Poole Law Center Professional, personalized legal assistance with flexible, accessible options for clients. I am a licensed attorney able to represent clients worldwide in U.S.

Immigration, Nationality, and Consular Law. I deal with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service, the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, as well as American embassies and consulates on behalf of my clients. I received my Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law School, working in the Immigration Clinic under the supervision of renowned Joseph Vail. I obt

ained my undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Prior to launching my own practice, I worked for the fourth largest free legal aid provider in the United States. My wide-ranging cases included family, landlord-tenant, consumer, bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, probate, unemployment, contract disputes, Social Security, FEMA and public benefits cases. I am admitted to practice before all Texas State Courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. I am a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and Galveston County Bar Association. I currently serve as a Director for the Galveston County Bar Association and a Member of State Bar of Texas District Grievance Committee. I previously served as President of the Galveston County Young Lawyers Association, and was named Outstanding Young Lawyer of Galveston County for 2010-2011. I am fascinated at the varied ways my family came together in the United States, from family-sponsored petitions, outstanding athletes (landing on the US Olympic team), EWI entries, and some that have been here so long I have yet to trace the entry. I enjoy helping others on their own varied journeys. Through the Poole Law Center, I am able to offer professional, personalized legal assistance. Using current technology, I can provide flexible and accessible options for clients. When not working, I am likely playing on Clear Lake or in Galveston Bay with my family. When weather does not permit, I paint and sew and simply enjoy the busyness of mothering a toddler.

It's been an insanely busy 2025 (pros/cons) but it was good to fit in a minute to celebrate with some clients, friends, and colleagues at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo World's Championship BBQ Cookoff and support one of the amazing 250 competitors.

Bonus: not only did it mean great food, great company, and great entertainment, but it meant supporting: Agricultural Mechanics, the Jr. Market Poultry Auction, Armed Forces Appreciation, the Calf Scramble, and Texas Heroes Advocating Autism Research.
