What if the weather or the time of day isn't perfect for a real estate photo shoot? That's okay. We can fix most problems once we take the photographs back to the office to edit.

Here is an after and before photo of the front of a home that we fixed up in post. The big problem we faced with this particular photo is the sky. When we took this image, the sun was located directly behind the house, which in turn blew out the sky. We replaced the pale white sky with rich blues and clouds.

That's just one of the ways we go above and beyond to provide Realtors the best photos to market their clients' properties.

One of the little things that we like to do when editing our home photos is to add flames to the fire place. It's a small detail, but we want potential home buyers to think about the warmth that could come from the hearth on a cold and wintry day. It's a subtle detail, but one that's important to us when we deliver our photos to Realtors and home sellers.
