This week on The Agent You Hire Matter...at least don’t take a picture from directly in front of the mirror. Oh yeah, this is a $790k house. You’re paying your agent $20-25k. You should at least get pictures for that price!

Real Estate tip of the day. If photos of your house hit every internet site the day you list and your toilet seats are up...you hired the wrong agent! This day and age, every agent should be hiring a professional photographer on their dime and if they shoot photos with the toilet seat up, you hired the wrong person. These are things you need to look for and questions you need to ask. Take a look at your agents old photos and make sure it's the quality you're paying for. Just a little tip guys!
