Today, the California Supreme Court disbarred attorney John Charles Eastman. The decision follows findings from both the State Bar Court Hearing and Review Departments that Eastman committed serious ethical violations, including advancing false claims about the 2020 presidential election. The has seized an illegal Livermore law office run by Irene Carlota Raygoza, who falsely presented herself as qualified to provide legal advice related in an immigration case when she is not, nor ever has been, a licensed California attorney. Doing business as Del Valle Professional Services (Del Valle Servicios Profesionales), Raygoza mishandled a case which left a family’s son at risk of being forced out of the U.S. for up to 22 years. Investigators recovered nearly 100 client files. Clients of Raygoza (aka Irene Raygoza, Carlota Irene Raygoza, and Carlota Irene Cardoza) should call 415‑538‑2349 to get their files back.
