Big news out of the Ninth Circuit: in a case we're proud to be part of, Paxson v. Live Nation Entertainment, Inc., the federal appeals court has sent an important question straight to the Nevada Supreme Court: whether companies can rely on arbitration clauses buried in contracts they can change at any time, without notice, and without protecting consumers' existing claims.

The court agreed this is exactly the kind of significant, unresolved question that deserves an answer from Nevada's highest court. It's a meaningful step forward, and one that could shape how consumer contracts are enforced across our great state for years to come.
