A couple days after my birthday last month, I found out I was nominated and awarded REALTOR® of the Month for November 2024 by the Las Vegas REALTORS® (LVR) Association. 🏆
Out of over 15,000+ licensed REALTORS® in Clark County, being chosen for this honor truly means the world to me. It’s an award I can’t pay for or fake…earned through faith, hard work, consistency, and staying true to what matters most: professionalism, integrity, leadership, and community involvement.
Almost 8 years into this journey, and I’m still learning, growing, and in love with what I do. And it’s not just for me, but for my family. 💕 To my husband Tristan Farrales, thank you for being my rock through the long nights, breakdowns, busy days, and nonstop hustle. And to my babies Riann, TJ, and Richan…you are my biggest “why” and the reason I keep going every single day. I will keep building this generational wealth for you, my . ❤️ To my amazing parents, Blessy Sia Ramirez & Roberto Ramirez…thank you for being my role models. You not only raised us humbly and taught us to show love and help others, but now you’re helping raise my kids the same way you raised us. That’s a blessing I’ll never take for granted. 🙏
I know I’m rocking my married last name now 💍 but just so you know, Ramirez will forever be where my grind, hustle, and heart came from. That name built my work ethic, because I watched my ancestors and my dad do it all while raising our family. Their strength, sacrifices, and example shaped the woman I am today and I’ll never forget where I came from. 💪✨
