The State Bar of Nevada Paralegal Division is hosting The Future of Practice, a year-end CLE conference on AI, ethics, and wellness, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, November 6, at the State Bar of Nevada in Las Vegas.

The State Bar of Nevada's Board of Governors has filed two petitions with the Nevada Supreme Court — one creating a certification pathway for military servicemembers and spouses practicing in Nevada, the other addressing remote practice by out-of-state attorneys.
