You will learn how to discover the emotional core of your case and transport juries into the truth – not the manufactured truth by the insurance carriers and prosecutors. We don’t just lecture and tell you war stories about prior successes. We demonstrate how to present your case, and give you practical skills that can be applied in every case, deposition, arbitration or settlement that you will ever conduct. Our method unlocks and leverages the human mind and how it works. We have designed a system of teaching trial skills that allows the jury to not only see and hear, but to experience our client’s story. You will develop the ability to connect and establish rapport by “reflectively” listening, which is the most important skill for voir dire, direct, and cross-examination. We present structures for opening statement, closing argument, and rebuttal that effectively deliver the winning story to inspire juries to right the injustice that has been forced upon your client. In four days you will start the process of learning how to control the courtroom, present your case, and get the justice your client has been waiting for – it all begins with the Trojan Horse Method. * We only accept plaintiff’s and criminal defense lawyers. Prior trial experience is helpful, but not required.
