PUBLIC STATEMENT FROM JUDGE MICHELE FIORE- “No weapon formed against me shall prosper.” — Isaiah 54:17
Today, I stand before you — not just as a free woman, but as a vindicated soul whose prayers were heard, whose faith held firm, and whose truth could not be buried by injustice.
I am deeply and eternally grateful to President Donald J. Trump granting me a full and unconditional pardon. This act of mercy is not just a correction of a legal record — it is the restoration of a life, a reputation, and a mission long targeted for destruction.
For nearly a decade, I endured relentless persecution by a federal machine determined to break me.
• Four failed investigations — a true COINTELPRO-style operation, where the DOJ, FBI, IRS, and select media outlets worked in concert to target and dismantle my life.
• Multiple grand juries convened — yet none could produce a bill of indictment for eight years.
• Two elite strike teams from Washington, D.C. were deployed with a clear objective: to destroy my name and credibility.
• A federal raid that invaded my home, desecrated my sanctuary, looted irreplaceable family heirlooms, and attempted to crush my spirit.
• Labeled a “domestic terrorist” — not once, but on both Level 1 and Level 2 threat assessments, without cause or justification.
• A 66-page affidavit used to justify the raid — so overreaching and absurd that it could have indicted a mouse being hand-fed cheese.
And through it all — I never stopped praying.
I meditated, I cried out, and I trusted in God's justice. I told the media on day one of my trial: “No weapon formed against me shall prosper.” And now, on the other side of this storm, I declare it again — with deeper truth than ever before.
This wasn’t just legal warfare — it was personal. U.S. Attorney Steven Myhre made it clear he would not rest until I was behind bars. He pursued this vengeance for years, misusing the power of his office to fulfill a vendetta. However Steve, I am not going to prison. I am preparing to return to the bench.
I could not have made it to this moment without the dedication and brilliance of two exceptional women who stood by me when it mattered most.
Kristina Wildeveld & Associates -Las Vegas Criminal Defense Lawyers, my pardons attorney, quite literally helped restore my life. She worked tirelessly — emailing daily, following up with calls, and ensuring every detail was delivered directly into the hands of those who needed to see it. She was relentless, responsive, and absolutely committed, never letting this fall off anyone’s radar.
And Paola Armeni Androvandi with Clark Hill — what a blessing she was. To say she’s sharp would be an understatement. Her motions were masterful, her strategy razor-focused, and at times, I honestly felt like she knew my case better than I did. Her presence, her mind, and her integrity were all part of what held me together.
These two brilliant, beautiful, and fearless women are the very definition of legal excellence — and I am honored to have had them in my corner.
For nine months, I was suspended, seven without pay — a deliberate effort to break me, not just legally but financially.
But they underestimated one thing: I’ve never been afraid to start over.
So, I simplified. I sold almost everything I owned — not out of defeat, but out of determination. Every piece I let go of was a step closer to keeping the lights on, paying the bills, and proving that no matter how hard they tried to strip me down, they could never strip away my grit.
They tried to bankrupt me. I chose to break free. And I did it with dignity, not debt.
I didn’t just survive their suspension — I turned it into a spiritual cleanse. What they meant for harm, I used to clear the clutter and make room for purpose.
On Monday, I will walk back into my courtroom as the elected Justice of the Peace — not because man permitted it, but because God ordained it.
To those who weaponized the justice system against me: I don’t need to return fire. The truth already has. To my supporters who never stopped believing: this victory is yours too. Thank you for all your prayers. And to every patriot, every mother, every woman who has been falsely accused — let this moment be your reminder: We don’t break. We rise.
And for those who think my weapon of choice is a firearm — let me be clear: my greatest weapon has always been God, not guns. Faith is what carried me through. The fi****ms? Just practical tools for the occasional rattlesnake — the literal and the metaphorical kind.
May this chapter be a testimony that grace always wins, that truth always survives, and that freedom — no matter how delayed — is worth the fight.
To those who stood by me, thank you. To those who tried to bury me — I am still standing. To every person facing injustice: Don’t break. Rise.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. God bless America, and God bless every soul still waiting for justice. Hold the line. Your day is coming too.

Michele Fiore

It is important to uphold principles of justice while promoting understanding and accountability. I encourage anyone reading this to reach out to the Illinois bar to file an ethics complaint. Two recent lawsuits filed against the Nevada Department of Corrections allege a pattern of guards allowing prisoners to be attacked by incarcerated gang members at High Desert State Prison. The lawsuits paint a picture of a penitentiary where corrections officers acted at the whim of gang members, helping smuggle contraband behind bars and trading favors with inmates to discipline other prisoners. “I think it’s been out of control for a couple of years,” said attorney Lisa Rasmussen, of the Law Offices of a Kristina Wildeveld & Associates who filed the complaints. The latest lawsuit, filed Thursday in District Court, alleges that inmate Miguel Medina was stabbed multiple times in May when corrections officers left his cell door open and that the guards “did nothing to assist Mr. Medina while he was being attacked. Medina had already been stabbed in three prior attacks dating back to 2016, and the lawsuit alleges that a corrections officer shot him in the eye, blinding him, in November 2021. Rasmussen said she hopes the lawsuits will help address what she described as systemic issues within the Department of Corrections.
“In exchange, NDOC officers facilitate the smuggling of contraband into the NDOC as payment for activities of the Shot Callers,” Rasmussen wrote in the lawsuit. “Such contraband includes drugs, weapons, cellphones, cash and other items.” Rasmussen said that while Medina was being attacked, a corrections officer shot at the men with a shotgun, striking Medina in the right eye and blinding him."Although NDOC has attempted to blame the loss of Mr. Medina’s eye on the stabbing, Mr. Medina’s doctor was clear that he was not stabbed in the eye, but rather, his eye exploded back into his head,” the lawsuit states. Four months after Medina was blinded, the lawsuit alleges that he was again attacked by another prisoner. The complaint accuses Department of Corrections officials of allowing another inmate out of his cell to attack Medina and then failing to intervene as Medina was stabbed repeatedly.
The Law Offices of Kristina Wildeveld & Associates is also representing inmate Raymond Sharpe in a federal lawsuit that alleges Sharpe was attacked by multiple gang members at High Desert State Prison in October 2020. The lawsuit claims a corrections officer passed a gang member a shank and then refused to intervene when Sharpe was attacked and stabbed."The actions taken against Mr. Sharpe were malicious and sadistic, and the force used against Mr. Sharpe constituted malicious and sadistic force,” the lawsuit states. Rasmussen said that in recent years our office has seen more and more lawsuits from prisoners alleging misconduct from corrections officers.
