A bi-partisan bill has just been passed in the Senate which allows victims of workplace sexual harassment to avoid being bound to forced arbitration agreements. The bipartisan bill bans employers from inserting provisions in contracts that require individuals who allege claims of sexual assault or harassment to go through a secretive process.
