There is only one day left to fix this, if it applies to you!!! The Clark County Tax Assessor's office are getting calls/texts/emails from clients who have the 8% incorrect property tax rate!
If you live in Clark County NV, check your property taxes before June 30, 2022, and make sure your primary residence has a tax cap of 3% and not 8%.
