Public Notary Notary Public are Notaries. As a Notary Public we are proven integrity appointed by the government to serve the public as an impartial witness. The main functions are to detect and deter fraud and to facilitate the workings of commerce and law by lending credibility to sensitive signed documents. The acts that we perform are called notarial acts or notarizations. State law defines how they may be performed. In general, Notaries have the authority to perform the following acts: • Acknowledgments. • Jurats. • Oaths and Affirmations. • Copy certifications. • Proofs of ex*****on by subscribing witness. • Witnessing signatures. • Legal documents • Ensure that all stamps, seals and papers are kept safely under lock and key. • Interview clients briefly to ensure that they understand the mechanics of affidavits and other. • Determine the eligibility of documents and clients' intentions by indulging them in conversation. • Verify identification documents such as birth certificates, social security cards, passports and state issued identification. • Sign prepared documents and affix stamps and seals on them in a bid to provide approval. • Create and prepare records of items notarized and ensure that they are in correct order for public reference.

Independent Notary Public Notary Public A person who has proven integrity appointed by the government to serve the public as an impartial witness. As a Notary my main functions are to detect and deter fraud, and perform other notarial acts authorized by law. To facilitate the workings of commerce and law by lending creditability to sensitive signed documents. Work with Attorneys, hospitals and local governments. As a Notary I authority to perform and have done several of the following acts. Working as an independent Notary Public Responsible for completing accurate, professional, on-time remote notary request working from a home-based office equipped with the lasted computer equipment, high-speed internet and a business and fax phone system. Work as an independent Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent through the H2H Notary, LLC. (NNA) traveling to clients' homes or places of business to notarize real estate closing documents and other documents as requested by clients or escrow companies.

Certified Loan Signing Agent Certified Loan Signing Agents are Notaries. However they have an extra certification that allows them to facilitate the signings of real estate loan closings. Other opportunities include doing the paperwork for home equity loans, applications, and reverse mortgages. • Traveled to borrower's homes or office to complete loan documents for real estate, refinancing and modifications. • Perform duties properly and ethically. • Maintain proper procedures, files and regulations. • The safeguarding of borrowers' private financial information. • Getting loan package back to lender in a timely manner • Verify that all documents are accounted for when notarizing closing documents during a real estate transaction. • Ensure that signer is aware and understand the documents he/she is signing without interfering with the transaction on behalf of either party • Direct signer to where information can be found should questions arise • Ensure that signer is of sound mind and is not signing under duress • Inform signer of document which explains his/her rights to cancel transaction within a given frame time.
