We have unfurnished studios and one bedroom available to you, offering a year lease.

PET POLICY: -- We allow Pets, with a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 and $25.00 per month pet rent. (Breed restrictions apply, min of 1 pet, must be under 40 lbs.)
Requirements: Applicant must be 18 years of age or older to apply, must make 2.0 times the rent, NO prior evictions, NO rental collections, and a clear criminal background, No utility collections we do a background and credit check.
$49 Application Fee non-refundable per person 18 years or older that will be residing in the home
**renters’ insurance is required**
$150.00 Hold/Admin Fee (non-refundable/does not go towards rent)
