Inspired by the greatest rom-com of our time.

Most people going into a real estate transaction already know the basics.

But there are a few that catch people off guard…

Opening a new credit card or furnishing your new living room before closing can actually flag your loan and put the whole deal at risk.

A job change, even a good one, can do the same thing.

And going in with low offer “just to see” often just signals to the seller that you’re not serious.

The good news: all of this is avoidable with the right guidance going in.

Before the walls, before the memories… there was this.

Back in January, before the foundation was even poured, I stood on their lot by myself and took a small jar of dirt.

Fast forward to closing day — handing them the keys to their very first home, I gave it back to them.

The exact spot where their home, their memories, and this next chapter of life would begin.

I’ve known them since middle school… and now I got to be part of this milestone.

This is what it’s really about.
