Looking for a real estate agent who actually knows Las Vegas?

There’s a big difference between knowing what a listing says about an area and knowing how that area actually lives.

Being born and raised in Las Vegas gives you context you can’t pull from a search.

You notice how neighborhoods changed, which pockets people tend to overlook, what matters more in a local home than buyers might expect, and the details that can completely change how someone feels about a property once they’re already there.

That perspective shapes the advice I give every day. I’m not just looking at what’s available.

I’m thinking about how a home fits into the bigger picture of living here and what deserves a closer look before you make a decision.

You can learn plenty about Las Vegas online. Knowing that area firsthand fills in the parts the listing can’t tell you.

If you’re thinking about making a move in Las Vegas, send me a message and tell me what you’re looking for.

Not the ending we hoped for, but what a season it was for the Vegas Golden Knights. 🏒⚔️

From game nights at The Fortress, to the energy of Toshiba Plaza before puck drop, this season was about so much more than hockey. Seeing fans line up around our money machine, checking out ’s cars on the plaza, hearing the music, feeling the excitement in the air, and getting to meet so many incredible people before every game reminded us what makes Vegas so unique.

One of my favorite parts was getting to connect with the community face-to-face — meeting Knights fans, talking real estate, hearing people’s stories, and just being part of the atmosphere that this city creates on game day.

Grateful to be part of a brokerage like Galindo Group Real Estate that gives us opportunities to create experiences like this and be involved with a team that means so much to Las Vegas.

Here’s to the memories we made this season — and to coming back even stronger next year. Go Knights Go. ⚔️🖤💛

Inspired by the greatest rom-com of our time.

Most people going into a real estate transaction already know the basics.

But there are a few that catch people off guard…

Opening a new credit card or furnishing your new living room before closing can actually flag your loan and put the whole deal at risk.

A job change, even a good one, can do the same thing.

And going in with low offer “just to see” often just signals to the seller that you’re not serious.

The good news: all of this is avoidable with the right guidance going in.

If you’re thinking about buying in Las Vegas this year, send me a DM before you start.

A little preparation at the beginning will save you from any heartbreak at the end.

❗️Las Vegas buyers❗️— look at this before you buy anywhere else.

If you’ve been touring homes and thinking “everything decent is out of budget”… pause for a second.

Because what I just walked through might change your expectations entirely.

This is new construction where a lot of the upgrades people usually pay extra for… are already included.

I’m talking:
👉🏻 Upgraded kitchens and finishes.
👉🏻 Modern flooring and cabinetry.
👉🏻 Thoughtful layouts that actually feel open.
👉🏻 Move-in ready without adding thousands on top.

And that matters — because those “little upgrades” add up fast when you’re building or buying.

Most buyers don’t even realize options like this exist, so they end up either overpaying or settling.

You don’t have to. ❌

If you want to see which homes these are and what’s currently available, comment “BUY” — for more information. 👇🏻

Before the walls, before the memories… there was this.

Back in January, before the foundation was even poured, I stood on their lot by myself and took a small jar of dirt.

Fast forward to closing day — handing them the keys to their very first home, I gave it back to them.

The exact spot where their home, their memories, and this next chapter of life would begin.

I’ve known them since middle school… and now I got to be part of this milestone.

This is what it’s really about.

Because before the home… there was this moment.

Same ground. Different reality.

Busy Sunday? Always.

Showings ✔️
Pickleball ✔️
More Showings ✔️

Somewhere in-between, we found time to hit the court. Three REALTORS, one pickleball court, and a little competition.

Because in real estate, there’s no “day off”… but that doesn’t mean we don’t make time for each other too.

Balance 🤝 Hustle

Grateful for a career (and friends) that make even the busy days fun.
