⚫️USCIS rechazará todas las solicitudes iniciales de DACA de quienes nunca antes tenian DACA. Si USCIS comienza a aceptar nuevas solicitudes iniciales en el futuro, podrá presentar una solicitud. Hasta la fecha, no estan aceptando solicitudes iniciales.

⚫️Si tiene DACA, puede continuar renovando. Todos los permisos de trabajo ahora solo serán válidos por 1 año. Las renovaciones deben presentarse entre 150 y 120 días antes de que expire su DACA.

⚫️Puede solicitar el Advance Parole siempre y cuando cumpla con los requisitos de elegibilidad para solicitarla.

⚫️USCIS will reject all initial DACA requests from aliens who have never previously received DACA. If USCIS begins accepting new initial requests in the future, you will be able to apply. To date, they are not accepting initial requests.

⚫️If you have DACA, you may continue renewing. All work permits will now only be valid for 1 year. Renewals should be filed between 150 and 120 days before your DACA expires.

⚫️You may file for Advance Parole as long as you meet the eligibility requirements to request it.
