It must be nice to be able to pay your way out of trouble. Realtor Linda Naw Perdue should be in prison for fraud, but since her broker bought her way out, she continues to slander me, my work, and my faith. The courts ignored her own statement admitting to fraud, let her testify as Bobby Antee’s witness, ignored an expert confirming forgery and very clear notary fraud of escrow agent nikki Sikalis bott. There were no hearings, no jury’s, and she was able to switch her judge 3 times to get her winning defamation case lmao. She was able to use the same lawyer as Bobby Antee, again illegal, but since our community doesn’t fight for our rights or justice, people like Linda naw are free to continue to victimize their victims. We live in a country where rights are no longer upheld, and justice is now bought. Advocates only advocate for what they are “allowed” to advocate for. You can simply look up the registrar of actions for case A-18-786141-c and you will see everything I am saying is the truth. This women is a predator, a fraud artist, and a danger to the community. So please protect yourself and never do business with Linda Naw Perdue or her brokerage ERA brokers. Linda was awarded a frivolous judgement, to simply give her paperwork to continue her slander. Now that the supreme court has now seen the evidence, legal malpractice, judicial misconduct, fraud and conspiracy six times, maybe someone will do something! Supreme court judge Ron Parraguirre was served with civil rights violations in 2021 yet fails to recuse and continues to ignore clear evidence of title fraud and notary fraud. I have again filed a Stay on the awarding of legal fees to shumway van, who represents Linda naw Perdue, Bobby antee, themselves and were also served with a variety of complaints, for breaking the law. As I am still denied representation I continue to file my documents with the Supreme Court being ran by criminals. I pray god intervenes this is disgusting. It is very clear that my civil rights are not being upheld! Not one jury in any case, not one hearing in any matter after catch Rena Hughes in 2020. I have been denied my right to representation, my right to protection and my right to my property. They are violating my rights to simply enjoy my life and work. Yet not one civil lawyer will expose judges. The police refuse to acknowledge evidence and make an arrest of Linda Naw Perdue, Bobby Antee, or Nikki Bott. Unless the community steps up, they will keep stealing our property, businesses, and freedoms.

Pictures tell the whole story! 6 judges for a two month marriage all refusing to follow the law. Putting in orders over hearings they weren’t part of and allowing the abuse of innocent people for years. Media doesn’t report on judicial misconduct or legal malpractice. Supreme courts no longer uphold the law, and minorities are now losing all rights in US court rooms. Rena Hughes fabricated her order, and the state of nevada has refused to hold a public hearing or even a hearing I can attend in 2 years. They stole my home, with my property in it, and have protected criminals who have slander and attacked me for 5 years. How does this happen in plain sight? Why do people watch others be abused and do nothing? Why are judges never held accountable for crimes they commit on the bench? I shouldn’t have to be dead for people to care. This has never been about the money, this is about the clear disregard for law and human life. I lost my son and have endured endless attacks since the day he left. I have helped hundreds of families, yet not one person sees value in helping me or my family. We live in a world now where good people simply don’t matter and criminals are protected. Even though Rena Hughes wasn’t the judge over the 10/19/18 hearing, she put in a illegal order, ordering me to stay in the home and pay all fees associated with the home. So Bobby Antee paid nothing into this home, yet him and his counsel were awarded the entire proceeds and have been free to slander and attack me and my work to try to conceal fraud! How do you come into a marriage with nothing, committ fraud, delay proceedings and then get awarded over $200k? He paid nothing to the home, and no legal fees 🤔 but when you help corrupt lawyers attack an innocent person Your rewarded in the United States. The court system is broken and I know there has to be someone willing to stop this abuse. How does the Supreme Court not stop this?!

I am now filing my 6th appeal on case d-18-573154-D in which each case should only go to appeals once. But since no one follows the laws or rules in nevada, the Supreme Court continues to send me back to district court (not family court) for an annulment 🤔 in which the district court holds no hearings and continues to commit treason, ruling in chambers and simply putting in orders and judgements without evidence. Notice on the form the court provides it states would I like pro bono counsel for the appeal in which in all 6 appeals I have begged for representation that the Supreme Court simply denied knowing I’m a victim of a crime, violating my rights pursuant to 18 USC section 3771. The Supreme Court also continues to allow Shumway van who also represented themselves and realtor Linda Naw to continue to attack and extort legal fees, even after switch his counsel within the same firm. Also illegal. Garrett chase has represented Bobby Antee for free for 5 years, and all legal fees charged to me as the victim. All community property was given to Bobby Antee who contributed nothing to the union except fraud. He paid no mortgage payments, nothing towards the deposit and stole $26k to even close on the loan. He was awarded $160k in legal fees for work that was never done and has been free to attack me and my foundation with realtor Linda naw both who should have been arrested in 2018, but the corruption of the Las Vegas police department allows criminals to run free. I had no jury, no witnesses and inadequate counsel, yet the Supreme Court has done nothing but allow more abuse. Please save all my post because when I need to take the law into my own hands, I want the world to know how many times I asked for help for me and my family. Nevada Supreme Court has been given clear evidence multiple times in multiple cases concerning this matter and has done absolutely nothing to uphold my rights. After ignoring over 10 appeals in multiple cases involving notary fraud, judical abuse, legal malpractice, Abby Silver will simply retire with no accountability. She allowed my home to be illegally sold with my property in it and all proceeds went to shumway van law firm. Our justice system is being run by criminals who can hurt anyone and simply walk away. I pray Abby Silver retires and soon spend the rest of her life in prison where she belongs. Any woman that can hurt another to protect criminals isn’t a woman at all, she’s a demon. When you have the ability to break the law, then use the legal system to get away with your crimes, the narsatistic realtor continues to try to convince herself that she isn’t a criminal. 30 judges, used the same counsel as Bobby Antee, and has spent 5 years slandering my work and character.
