Good news everyone! The FHFA has recently rescinded their proposed pricing adjustment for debt-to-income (DTI) ratios, which means that you may now be eligible for a larger loan amount than previously anticipated. This is a big win for the housing market, as it will make homeownership more accessible and affordable. I am thrilled to see this change and encourage anyone in the market for a new home to reach out to learn more and start the process of finding your dream home.

The Federal Housing Finance Agency on Wednesday rescinded a controversial proposed loan-level pricing adjustment that the Mortgage Bankers Association said would have had adverse impact on both consumers and lenders.

Great news today!

Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac have officially announced the new max loan limits for 2023. As of today, conforming loan limit is now $726,200 for single family conventional loan. Also FHA has announced new loan limits starting in 2023. FHA is increasing its single family loan limit to $494,500 for Clark County.

Lastly as a bonus, UHM now can do VA C2P loans on properties located in a flood zone! Reach out if you have any questions.
