Huge congrats to John and Kaitlin for trusting me with this process as first time home buyers. As soon as we walked through this model and saw the lot the Builder had available, they knew it was home. With new construction, sometimes it's as easy as only seeing a few homes and knowing it's the one right away. I've had numerous clients only look at 1-3 different models and when you get the feeling it's the one, it's the one. Appreciate y'all for being so cool!

There is nothing more rewarding than having an Air Force family fully trust you with relocating from the UK to Las Vegas. It blows my mind that I get to help families make such big decisions from afar, especially without physically seeing the home prior to. But with the right expertise, guidance, and knowledge, The Mendez bought a beautiful single story home with a killer interest rate and all of their closing costs paid for. This is an appreciation post for my clients Madison and Stephen for being so cool throughout this whole process. When it comes to selling to buy, there are lot of variables that are involved in the process and when you have the right team behind you, you can assure success, even when things go wrong. Even though I may joke around and have a goofy personality, I take what I do very seriously and always aim to go above and beyond for all my clients. They took advantage of the timing of the year and got a great deal on pricing and incentives. Every client and every home are very different and I’m genuinely super proud about this one. You have 2 brothers that have been working their butt offs to save for the down payment, including working 2 jobs for a long time. Buying a home is NOT easy, especially with how unaffordable it is nowadays. One of the major reasons they bought their home was to give their parents their dream home and honestly it’s so rewarding to see. It’s so heartwarming seeing the Padilla family support and help each other just like they have. I can’t see myself doing anything else if I’m being honest. Also, If you are a DACA recipient, I’m here to tell you that it’s possible to buy your own home and still get a 4.99% interest rate and get thousands in closing costs. Thank you Padilla family for trusting with me everything, I’m super happy for y’all 🥳 🏡

Regardless of all the negativity around the race, the F1 Las Vegas GP delivered and I'm sure it's here to stay. Las Vegas is becoming a very important city and it's crazy to think about where the city will be in the next 5-10 years. We have the 2024 Superbowl coming here early next year, the A's recently confirmed their move here, the Knights just won the Stanley Cup...it's crazy to see how important of a city Las Vegas is becoming. I sincerely think Las Vegas is the next LA and investing here may not be a bad idea.
