New Mexico has some of the worst policing agencies in the country. If you believe a New Mexico police officer violated your rights, contact my office. We will defend your rights and the constitution of New Mexico and the United States.

For many, one mistake early in life has played a role in hampering their ability to move forward and move past that mistake. Expungements help change that. While there’s no guarantee it will do everything you need, expungements are a great way to close a chapter and remove past charges and convictions from your public record. Call my office first thing tomorrow to ask if you’re eligible to petition for expungement!

WE WON.
Free speech matters in New Mexico.
When the State overreaches, we push back—and we don’t blink.

This case was about constitutional rights, accountability, and making sure people can document police activity without fear of retaliation. Justice prevailed. We fight and win for our clients because it is the right thing to do.
