Pence and MacMillan LLC Serving the people of Wyoming since 1945. Over 70 years ago, Alfred Pence founded a general practice law firm in Laramie, Wyoming.

Thus began the proud tradition of Pence and MacMillan LLC. Since then, we have been providing quality legal services to a diverse client base around the country from our offices in Laramie, Sheridan, and Cheyenne, Wyoming.
