Lately, we have been getting panicked calls from people how are facing a legal proceeding (e.g. Divorce, Custody, Criminal charges), but have waited to consult with a lawyer. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT. Waiting or avoiding the legal proceeding is only going to make your life 100 times more difficult. Consult with a lawyer ASAP; find out what your rights are; find out what you can/cannot do or what you should/shouldn't be doing. Reading the news today about former Virginia Lt. Governor Fairfax and the entire family is absolutely heartbreaking. 💔
