This one started with a referral from a past client, who connected us with his fiancée as they begin an exciting new chapter together. With their wedding coming up this October, they have a bigger real estate plan in motion: sell her home, purchase their forever home together, and then sell his home. First step — DONE! ✅
The road to closing had a few twists. Our first buyer ultimately got cold feet and terminated, but we quickly regrouped and secured a second buyer with a fantastic offer. A few financing hiccups came up along the way, but everyone worked together, the issues were resolved, and we were able to settle on time! 🙌
