🗺️ HOW DOES AN EVERYTHING’S FREE YARD “SALE” WORK?

It’s actually REALLY simple! And if you have a bag of donations that’s been riding around in the back of your car for 6 weeks waiting to make it to Goodwill… this event is for you. 😂🙋‍♀️

📅 Saturday, October 17 | 9–10 AM
📍 Lower Makefield Township Pool Parking Lot | Yardley, PA

📍 STEP 1: RESERVE YOUR PARKING SPOT
Head to our Eventbrite page, reserve a vendor spot and pay the $25 deposit. Don’t worry — you’re getting that back!

🏠 STEP 2: CLEAN OUT YOUR HOUSE
Start putting aside anything you’re ready to part with. Clothes, baby gear, toys, books, linens, household items, cleaning supplies, non-perishable food… anything you no longer need that someone else could use!

🚗 STEP 3: LOAD UP
The night before, load your car with everything you’ve collected.

☀️ STEP 4: SHOW UP
Arrive between 8:30–8:45 AM on October 17th, pull into your assigned spot and tell us, 'Yes, I’d like my $25 refund!' We’ll refund your reservation fee right there.

📦 STEP 5: OPEN THAT TRUNK!
Unload your items or simply open your trunk! Stay with your stuff, take a walk, mingle or go “shopping” yourself...everything at the event is FREE.

✨ STEP 6: WATCH IT DISAPPEAR
Let your neighbors take what they can use and watch your pile get smaller and smaller!

🚙 STEP 7: LEAVE THE REST TO US
Still have a few things left at 10 AM? LEAVE THEM! Our junk removal team will take care of whatever remains.

Then get in your newly empty car and drive away. 👋

No pricing. No selling. No trip to the donation center afterward. Just clean out your house, give your stuff a second life and GO HOME WITH LESS. 🙌♻️

🌧️ A little rain won’t stop us! Our FREE Community Shred Event is happening this Saturday — RAIN OR SHINE! ☔📄

Join us, along with MortgageCS for our FREE Community Shred Event!

📅 Saturday, September 26th
⏰ 9:00 AM–12:00 PM (or until both shred trucks are full, whichever comes first)
📍 Lower Makefield Township Pool Parking Lot
1050 Edgewood Road, Yardley, PA

What to Bring:
📦 Paper documents for secure shredding: 2 boxes max per household (file boxes or equivalent)

🚫 Please no stiff metal, plastic bags, or anything that could jam the shredder.

❤️ Help us give back!

We’ll also be collecting donations for the Interfaith Food Alliance Food Pantry. Suggested donations include cereal, peanut butter, soup, applesauce, canned fruits and vegetables, beans, pasta, rice, canned chicken, tuna and salmon, juice and toiletries.

☔ And yes — the forecast is looking a little wet, but we’ll be there RAIN OR SHINE! Throw an umbrella in the car and come clear out those old documents while supporting our local community.
