Millersville(17551) Market Report

The Millersville housing market is still moving fast! Right now, there are not many homes available for sale, but there are plenty of buyers looking to purchase. Because of this, sellers are often receiving multiple offers and homes are selling for more than the asking price.

The typical single-family home sold for about $374,500 last month, and many homes sold for about 5% above their list price. Even more impressive, homes were only on the market for around 4 days before going under contract.

Over the past three months, 20 homes have sold in the 17551 area, with a typical sale price of $385,000 and homes averaging just 5 days on the market. In simple terms, if you've been wondering whether it's still a good time to sell, the answer is yes. Buyers are actively looking, and well-priced homes are selling quickly.
