Happy heavenly birthday to my sister Kim. Today you would be turning 60 years old. It is so hard to believe you have been gone for 28 years already!! I was just 23 years old when you lost your fight again Cystic Fibrosis. Who would have thought all these years later after all the testing I did to help you that at 50 I would get diagnosed with CF as well?? It is so crazy to me. Much has changed over the last 28 years with CF that is for sure. While I don't have some of the issues you had, today the medicine and technology that they use on me probably would have saved your life. Everything happens for a reason I guess? I know you would have loved being an auntie to my Thomas and Edie and they would have loved their aunt Kimmy. Becoming a daddy later in life has to those two has been a blessing for me that is for sure. I can't imagine as a parent what mom went thru losing you and that has given me more appreciation for being a parent and cherishing my time with my babies when I have them. I hope you are doing well and hope you and dad are together watching over us all. I love you and miss you dearly.

Facebook Family, I have been given the honor and privilege to be able to interview Megan & Ed McNamara on Sunday, September 29th at their Maria's Sunflower Field of Hope in Avon, OH from 1pm to 3pm to learn about their story and how the loss of their daughter Maria, at the age of 7, spurred them on to create Prayers from Maria Children’s Cancer Foundation. I am fortunate to be able to bring this interview and segment to light on a national stage via The American Dream Network. The America Dream is a Emmy nominated TV show that showcases businesses, charities, communities, people, and real estate across the Country while focusing on culture, community, and lifestyle. It is so exciting to be able to host this show and do such an important interview to bring awareness to childhood cancer. Help me reach my fundraising goal of $1,000 over the next seven days so that we can let the McNamara's know we support them in this fight and so that I can share this amazing fundraising effort with them on the 29th. We all know it is much easier to gain weight vs intentionally lose it. I lost 85 pounds (down to 215) in 8 months between Sept 2022 and 2023. Sadly I put 75 pounds of that loss back on from Dec 2203 to now for various reasons but excuses aren't welcome in my world anymore. I am back in 110% into my weight lose journey again and lost 5 pounds this past week. 225 pounds by Memorial Day Weekend is once again the goal (8 months or less). It is a not so fun process at times but I am off to a good start. 60 pounds to go.........

American Dream TV is ready to host a watch party for the recently filmed TV segment with Merry Arts Pub & Grille on Wednesday, September 25th from 6pm to 8pm. Come celebrate the TV debut of Merry Arts on ADTV and watch the interview between James Patti and John Granzier. Stop in to eat, drink, watch the Guardians, and celebrate this fun filled event with friends and family. Segment air time will be about 6:30pm before the Guardians game starts.
