I'm at the big Keller Williams Family Reunion, and I'm dropping our Hood Home Team post cards, in hopes of connecting with other KW realtors around the country that share in our same community of live music aficionados.
So far I have heard from a few people about the post cards and am looking forward to connecting with folks after this event. I'm busier than I thought I would be here at the conference but the connections are happening, which is so fun.

Just closed on this cute University neighborhood Bungalow for an out of state seller. We met a lot of buyers in this area doing our weekly open houses, so we will be around this area a lot this spring, which is great.

The market is really picking up, including brisk activity on this incredible home I have listed in the University Hills neighborhood. I love spending time in this home and I especially love sharing it with people. Someday soon this artistic masterpiece will be someone's home, and they will be the ones who get to share it. My open houses are a bit like small parties, but this place hasn't seen a real party in many years and with its expansive and open 3700sq/ft layout and endless gorgeous details, it was built for entertaining and enjoying with friends and family. When I look at all the home's for sale in this neighborhood and I see that I'm the only only one showing up for my clients with an open house opportunity to showcase their property to perspective buyers.... well, that makes me feel proud.
