One Family. Two closings. One big day. 🎉🏡🔑

A past client realized her home wasn’t the right fit for her family anymore—so earlier this month we sold it and bought the next one on the same day! (Yes, back to back closings in an ever changing market. Tensions were high, negations were intense, deep breaths were had.)

Things didn’t exactly go smoothly behind the scenes, but we kept it all together—and now they are in a home that is a perfect fit for every member of the family! That’s the real win! 🩷
