He is a native Floridian whose family have been farmers, fishermen, legislators and attorneys in Florida since 1885. Snow Martin, helped write the Florida Citrus Code in 1935. Mike received his B.A. degree from the University of the South and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida. From the 1980s to the present, he has represented farmers, fishermen, nursery owners, ranchers and any other

owners of land whose crops, waters or life of any kind have been injured, against major corporations and government. In the early 1990s, Mike represented farmers and nurseries in Florida, as well as helping other attorneys from Florida to Hawaii, regarding the fungicide benlate which had contaminated plants and soils.
