ICE is arresting undocumented aliens on the Polk County Sheriff’s weekend work release program. I believe the sheriffs are under statute or directive by Governor Santis to report. Just a heads up. If they take weekend work release, they should be prepared for removal proceedings. Per Ron Tulin. But I know it happened to one of my clients too a month ago. (Melodie Lopez)

State Attorney Brian Haas has agreed to meet with us and answer questions.
We need a good attendance to show Brian we are a united group.
Many of you have not attended a meeting in years. I am calling on you now.

Officer elections will be held but will be quick, as the lone candidates for the year are:
President: Cory Chastang
Vice president: Larry Shearer
Treasurer/Sec'y: Joe Quick, APD

DUES are due: We have 11 dues payments so far for the July '17 - June '18 year.
For the other 90 or so of you, we could use your dues. It's just $50.00 for the year.
