Nicolette Tsambis graduated Summa Cum Laude from Stetson University with degrees in Finance and Mathematics. After working as an accountant, Ms. Tsambis went to Florida A&M College of Law where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2007. Her Florida Bar Exam score was within the top 1% of those who sat for the test. After law school, Ms. Tsambis worked for an insurance defense firm learning the perspective of the employers and insurance carriers in handling their workers’ compensation cases and longshore claims.

In 2015, Ms. Tsambis joined Smith, Feddeler, and Smith, P.A. and now focuses her practice solely on representing the needs of injured workers and aggrieved employees throughout the State of Florida. Her practice in workers’ compensation also provides her the necessary expertise to handle associated employment related claims including wrongful termination for pursuing your benefits owed through workers’ compensation and/or harassment/discrimination in the workplace based on disabilities. There are a variety of tools available to our employment specialists including utilizing the Federal Government and State protection laws with the Florida Civil Rights Act and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also handles the firm’s appellate work. She resides in Lakeland with her husband and five children where they enjoy togetherness, sports, and outside adventures.

In August 2019, Mrs. Tsambis obtained her workers’ compensation Board Certification. She continues to fight for those who need their rights protected.
