As part of our post-hurricane efforts, our founder, Grant Lyons, will be volunteering with Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc. at its walk-in family law clinic this Friday, November 1, from 10am-1pm at the Polk County Courthouse in Bartow (3rd floor law library).

We will also continue to offer free consultations to anyone affected by the recent hurricanes via our website, lyonslawfl.com.

Pro Bono Hero Grant Lyons of Lyons Law, PLLC is a dedicated pro bono attorney assisting Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc. in the Tenth Judicial Circuit. He has volunteered at the Polk County Courthouse Library pro se assistance family law clinics for the past three years, never missing a clinic, and helps out at the clinic every 5-6 weeks when held. Attorney Lyons has also been extremely helpful by making himself available when needed for additional limited assistance, counsel and advice to persons virtually between the in-person clinics. Attorney Lyons has also helped family law clients on representation matters pro bono as well. He is a dedicated and fantastic leader in the community!

Our founder, Grant Lyons, was recently awarded the 2024 FL Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award for the Tenth Judicial Circuit. An awards ceremony was held at the FL Supreme Court building in Tallahassee, where Grant had the honor of meeting the FL Supreme Court justices and other award recipients.
