For minor injuries, such as a sore neck, a bruise, or an injury treated in one or two visits, handling the claim yourself may be realistic when the insurance company is cooperating.

If your medical bills are being paid and your vehicle repairs are covered without disputes, there may not be a significant legal issue requiring an attorney’s involvement.
