Crestview didn’t need to be the right property for everyone. It just needed the right buyer to see what was possible.

With 1.45 acres, a barn, a shop, major updates already completed, and plenty of room to make it their own, this property offered something a little different—and today, it officially has new owners. 🏡

Getting to the closing table took patience, communication, and a willingness from everyone involved to keep working toward the same goal. We’re grateful to have helped bring all the pieces together and see this one through.

6248 Bridgeview Dr is officially PENDING!

After listening to buyer feedback, we worked with our sellers to make a few strategic updates to the kitchen, including new countertops and backsplash, to help the home better connect with today’s buyers.

The plan was to finish the updates, photograph the refreshed space, and roll out the next round of marketing.

Turns out, we didn’t need to. Before we could even get the photographer back through the door, the right buyers came along. 🙌

That’s why we pay attention to the feedback. Sometimes getting a home sold isn’t about doing more—it’s about knowing what matters, making the right adjustments, and having a plan to keep moving forward.

We introduced this Tualatin home to the market last Tuesday, and exactly one week later, it was officially pending!

Before it ever hit the market, we worked with our sellers to make sure it was ready—from preparing and staging the home to professional photography, video, and a marketing plan designed to help it stand out from the start.

One week later, the right buyers came along and could see themselves making it home.
