I can’t believe it has been two years since closing and even longer being friends with you both. ❤️

It seems like just yesterday I was FaceTiming you rental properties before your big move from Georgia. Shortly after that, we found the Black Powder Lane house, which you made a home for the time being, a very special one at that.

Before your lease was even finished, life happened… It’s like everything was coming together all of the sudden. We went through all of the things, …. some good and some bad but ultimately those things led us to The Farm.

I remember when I sent you the link to this one… I think you both had doubts but I knew you guys were going to love it. You told me you wanted to be farmers, and now you are. You guys had a vision, and you made it a reality.

Homes listed during the winter months typically indicate that the seller may NEED to sell… There’s usually less competition during this time, which means more negotiating power and additinal savings for buyers. While a lot of people assume spring is the ideal time to buy a house, new data shows January may actually be the best time of year for budget-conscious buyers. 🏡 ✍🏼 🗣️

You may not want to put your homebuying plans into hibernation mode this winter.

The No Tax Oregon petition is gaining momentum. Oregonians are coming together to oppose HB 3991 which includes 4.3 billion dollars in new taxes and transportation fees. Oregonians simply can’t afford it. This is a partisan issue that should be voted on. If you haven’t signed, get it done! ⛽️✍🏼📈🗣️

After years on the market, ex-NFL star Bledsoe finally parts with his Oregon compound at a steep loss…

Former NFL quarterback Drew Bledsoe’s 10-acre gated compound in Bend, Oregon, closed at $5.6 million after years of listing and re-listing.

Originally he sought nearly $9.95 million for the same property.

Bledsoe had bought the raw land in 2004 for $750,000, and completed the custom compound in 2008.

The mansion spanned nearly 15,000 square feet, with luxury amenities: indoor basketball court, wine cellar, movie theater, spas, etc.

The steep price drop illustrates risk in ultra-luxury real estate, especially when supply meets less demand.

Mortgage rates are still in the 6️⃣’s and are expected to remain in the mid 6’s throughout the year. Rates will eventually fall 📉 but it’s unlikely that home prices will come down in price. 📈

That’s why the best time to buy a house was yesterday and the second best time to buy a house is today. 🏡
