Realtor danger is REAL. Over the years I've heard way too many times "I'm fine, there's not a real risk in ____" and I want to tell you there IS. Please stay aware, follow your gut feeling, and stay Safer!

Driving to Jax today to teach and was listening to this. The chapter on the World Trade Center. Realized it’s 9/11 today. Had to turn it off. Too much for my brain!
